What We Offer |

The Training Consortium at the University of South Florida provides training and support services to child welfare provider organizations across Florida. Services include but are not limited to: |

| • | Organizational needs assessment, organizational culture change, consultation and technical assistance |
| • | Program review and assessment |
| • | Design, development and implementation of evidence based, research driven, child welfare curricula that addresses identified needs |
| • | In-service training for an array of human services professionals, including those in mental health and medical services who encounter at-risk children and families |
| • | Team-building seminars and workshops that enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction |
| • | On-the-job coaching, consultation and ongoing professional development activities for new and experienced child welfare professionals |
| • | Case specific consultation |
| • | Training for potential substitute care providers and those who recruit and prepare this population |

| • | Assessment consultation, and training provided at your site and at operationally convenient times |
| • | Utilization of service delivery strategies grounded in state-of-the-art technology |
| • | Through an on-the-job coaching/mentoring component that affords customers real-time observation and feedback on performance |
| • | Financial arrangements via contract or purchase of service arrangements with the Training Consortium at the University of South Florida |
| • | Open enrollment training presented at the University of South Florida or at other mutually agreed upon sites |
